Prior to offering products to clients, our insurance selection committee undertakes a 3-stage process that involves product research to evaluate the quality of every product, educating our consultants on our products, and finally, receiving feedback and evaluating the quality of our products and service.
While we offer an entire suite of insurance products to clients, our insurance selection committee looks into both quantitative and qualitative aspect.
To give you a brief explanation of the quantitative term, it would refer to the monetary aspect that a client puts into a policy which we term as premiums. As well as the compensation he/she would receive when the policy is due or claims submitted by them. Our committee research on the areas like the benefit-to-premium ratio, convertibility/renewability option, comprehensiveness of waiver/special benefits, underwriting criteria, claim return rate and many more. Taking each product available from the market and deconstructing it to provide a fair comparison with the rest of the products. Thus, clients can be assured that our recommendation is the most beneficial for their needs.
As for the qualitative part of the products where our committee dwells into, would be related to the support and reliability of the insurer distributing the products. They consider areas like the customer servicing provided by the insurer, the seamlessness of the underwriting process and feedback from clients/consultants on the receptiveness of insurers during claims process.
